Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Miami Singing Lessons! By booking lessons or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Scheduling

• Lessons are scheduled in advance and subject to availability.
• All bookings must be confirmed through our scheduling platform or directly with a Miami Singing Lessons representative.
• Regular lesson slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Any changes to the schedule must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment Policies

• Payment for lessons or trial lessons is required prior to the scheduled lesson or in accordance with the chosen subscription plan.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, or other methods outlined during registration.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless canceled in written notice 30 days in advance.
• Non-subscription lessons must be paid before to secure a booking.
• deposits, for packages or subscription services such as Wynwood, and star Island are nonrefundable, but can be applied to other services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling sessions requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Missed lessons without prior notice are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
  

Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided for missed lessons or cancellations.
• For all subscription plans there is an initial 3 month commitment and then month to month. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. If a past due payment isn't reconciled, then the customer forfeits all pending lessons and is still liable to pay, if within the three month window, along with any late fees.

Lesson Conduct

• Students are expected to arrive on time for their lessons. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time or loss of a lesson if more than 15 minutes late.
• Recording of lessons is permitted only with prior consent from the instructor.
• Students must notify the instructor of any vocal health issues prior to the lesson.

Liability

• Miami Singing Lessons is not liable for any vocal strain or injuries sustained during lessons or practice.
• Students are encouraged to follow the instructor’s guidance to maintain vocal health.

Intellectual Property

• All materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of Miami Singing Lessons and are for personal use only.
• Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times between students, instructors, and staff.
• Miami Singing Lessons reserves the right to terminate services without refund for inappropriate behavior.

Studio Policies

• Students are responsible for any damage caused to studio property during their session.
• Food and beverages (except water) are not allowed in the studio.
• Parents or guardians of minor students may wait in the designated waiting area.

Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected during registration or communication will be kept confidential and used solely for providing services.
• Miami Singing Lessons will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Miami Singing Lessons reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via email or the website.

Vice City Vocals: Members Program

Vice City Vocals is a hybrid coaching program that includes a structured online course combined with weekly live group coaching sessions. By enrolling in Vice City Vocals, participants agree to the following:

a. Program Overview

• Vice City Vocals is a structured, guided training program designed to support vocal development over a set period (e.g., 6–12 weeks).
• The program includes:
• Access to an exclusive online course hosted on a private learning platform.
• Weekly live group coaching sessions held via Zoom or a designated video platform.
• Optional Q&A and feedback opportunities within the group setting.
• Access to a private community (if applicable) for peer support and continued growth.

b. Access and Login

• Course access is granted upon enrollment and remains available for the duration of the program or as outlined in your plan (e.g., lifetime or 6-month access,or membership).
• Clients are responsible for maintaining login credentials and may not share their course access with others.
• 50% off of the 1 on 1 lessons are reserved for paid vice city vocals members only. If you lapse in your membership and attempt to book a lesson for 50% it will be cancelled and refunded, you must be a current up to date paid member to enjoy 50% off lessons.

c. Group Session Attendance

• Weekly group sessions are scheduled in advance and held at a consistent time each week.
• Replays of group sessions may be available, but live attendance is strongly encouraged to receive real-time feedback.
• Missed group sessions are not refundable or credited unless canceled by the instructor.

d. Payment and Refund Policy

• The card on file that you used to sign up for the free trial will be billed after the 7-day trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends you will be billed and no refunds will be honored or awarded.
• Enrollment in Vice City Vocals is a commitment to the full cost of the program, whether paid in full or via a payment plan.
• Due to the digital and coaching nature of the program, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Payment plans must be completed in full, even if a participant chooses not to attend or complete the course.

e. Conduct and Community

• All participants are expected to engage respectfully during live group sessions and inside any community platforms.
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

f. Intellectual Property

• All course videos, documents, exercises, and live sessions are the intellectual property of Miami Singing Lessons and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without express permission.

g. Results Disclaimer

• Voice transformation and growth depend on personal effort, attendance, and consistent practice. While the program provides powerful tools and strategies, results are not guaranteed.
