Miami Singing Lessons is a private vocal atelier — one coach, one student, one room. The practice is capped at fifteen students at a time, which means every voice in the studio receives the attention a growing thing requires. Lessons are weekly, sixty minutes, and held in person in the Miami studio.

The work covers breath, resonance, range, and the opening of the voice into genuine artistry — contemporary, pop, R&B, soul, jazz, musical theatre, and singer-songwriter work. The technique is style-agnostic. It serves whatever voice is becoming.

Voice lessons, singing lessons — the same garden

People search for both, and wonder if they are different. They are not. Voice lessons and singing lessons name the same work: the private cultivation of a singing voice. Some studios use "voice lessons" to mean technique and "singing lessons" to mean songs. In serious study the two cannot be separated — technique exists for the music, and the music reveals what the technique still owes you.

What a lesson contains

A lesson begins with listening — to where the voice is that day, not where it was last week. The studio itself is part of the method — a professional recording environment where you hear your voice truthfully, sometimes for the first time. What you hear clearly, you can grow deliberately.

The work begins wherever your voice is — a first attempt or a tenth year of training — and is best suited to vocalists fourteen and older, old enough to engage with the patience the method requires.

How it begins

Everything starts with a trial lesson — one 60-minute private session, $150. I listen to your voice, identify exactly what is limiting it, and show you what it is capable of becoming. No commitment required. If the room is right for you, three commitment-based plans follow — three, six, or twelve months of weekly private coaching. That pricing is shared in person, after we have worked together once.

Before the trial, we speak for fifteen minutes — a short conversation to hear where your voice is and confirm one of the fifteen spots is the right place for it.

How much do voice lessons cost in Miami?

Across the city, roughly $40 per hour with a hobbyist teacher to $150 or more with an experienced private coach. Here, the first session is a $150 trial lesson. Ongoing plans are discussed in person, once we have actually heard your voice together — because a plan for a voice we have not met would be a guess.

Are voice lessons and singing lessons the same thing?

Yes. Two names for one work — the private training of the singing voice, technique and music held together in every session.

Do you offer online voice lessons?
